The St. Tammany Photographic Society meets each second Thursday of the month. Open to all interested professional and amateur photographers, meeting on a regular basis to engage in activities intended to enhance creativity and technical skills and to promote the understanding of photography as an art.

Formed in October 2008, the St. Tammany Photographic Society is a group of photographers who meet to share techniques, take pictures, and pursue various interests within the world of photography.

Everyone who has an interest in photography is welcome to join the society. They cater to all levels of experience from the most inexperienced newcomer right through to the professional.
