One night only! We are so excited to announce that Pear Orchard Texas, an incredible play, is coming to Louisiana for the first time ever!

John Henry Faulk’s Pear Orchard, Texas is a comic romp through the foibles and strengths of small-town America. Charlie Vaught plays seven of Pear Orchard’s finest citizens who try to woo a Japanese car company to open a factory in their village. Unfortunately, the more they try, the more they find themselves chewing on shoe leather with hilarious results. There will be one performance, 6:30 PM Wednesday, January 29th at the St. Tammany Arts Association, 320 Columbia Street, Covington. Doors open for an open bar cocktail reception at 5:30. Tickets are $25 and all proceeds will go to STAA! Tickets include free wine sampling and food.
